Reveneering speaker cabinets

(1/3) > >>

vstarkwell:
I just picked up a pair of Polk Audio Monitors 10A's (thanks Tom & Sean) and the cabs could use some reveneering. Is this hard to do? is it expensive? Any suggestion, ideas etc would be appreciated.

F1nut:
By the time you buy all the tools and material needed, it would most likely be cheaper to have them done by a pro. However, if you are set on doing it yourself, there are any number of good how to books out there.

MajorPain:
Peel off the vinyl, sand the cabinets, do some body work on them, prime the bastards and drop off at a body shop to spray with black lacquer. :o

Just a random thought.  They would look nice like that. ;D

OCCD:
Check with Falcon377. He does that kind if work. ;D
