Grateful Dead
1-2-70 Early show   (soundboard)

30 minute Dark Star

Hendrix with his Band of Gypsys had played shows there the previous few days.  Many years ago, I took my D-28 to a local shop and the guy had a snapshot of the marquee showing the Hendrix and Dead dates affixed to the wall in his repair shop.  He said he had gone to New York after graduating high school to see if he could make it in the music biz.  He ended up playing in Neil Diamond's band for many years.

I always liked the melvins, didn't even realize he had an acoustic solo gig.

It's pretty good.  He uses, or used to use, two Carver PM-1.5t's in his guitar rig with the Melvins.

Little Steven's underground garage (FM 102.5)
---Show theme:  Dino and Nancy (as in Martin and Sinatra)
-----Played  alot of cool 50s, swing, vocal jazz...  It was just cool, and Dino has some deep Pittsburgh roots, having grown up in little old Stuebenville, OH!
