12 v trigger or auto sensing power
« on: August 04, 2015, 07:44:52 AM »
Have a amplifier (Carver 806x)  that I want to automatically turn on and off when I power up / down the receiver (Marantz SR6007)  / pre. The receiver / pre has a 12V trigger source.  Was wondering what you guys have used successfully  to accomplish this?
a bunch of nice sounding stuff. Nice that I'm finally able to actually listen to file music for the first time...

IPA beer as payment for the consult is adequate.

I was going to suggest one of those but he specifically said he wanted to use the 12v trigger.   No beer for you!

Red Stripe, Labatts Blue, Rolling Rock and anything similar.  I am happy to help stock the fridge.

This is a no brainer. Gotta stock some for pedestrian beer drinkers at all times... Hehe.

OK.  I am no beer purist and just know what I like (and sometimes don't like)
